"I ordered a trailer from a different company and after 5 1/2 weeks of waiting and still no trailer I called Ivan and told him what I needed and 13 day's later I picked up my trailer from his yard as promised. He has excellent customer service skills and I will definitely be referring Ivan to my friends. I am very pleased with my trailer and the workmanship. Thank you so much"
